Jeremy Vande Velde, husband and partner at Polynesia Girl Wines, was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. His father was a college professor at Western Washington University for more than 30 years. Jeremy met Tatiana as they were both finishing their education and starting their careers. Jeremy’s career moved him up quickly through the retail ranks into upper management. The couple moved numerous times as his career took off. 16 years in, his tenure and specialty in Business Operations prompted a move to Northern California to fill a Director of Operations role with a large retailer.
During the early years of his career, Tatiana put her dreams of owning a winery on hold. With the move to California in 2015, the family was able to purchase 23 acres in the Fairplay American Viticulture Area (AVA). Polynesian Girl Wines was born!
